The Art of Collaborative Leadership: Leading Together in Complex Times – Philadelphia Feb 15-17, 2016

This three day learning experience is based in the Art of Hosting Conversations That Matter. Two of our hosting mates are from the NJEA, which means one area of focus will definitely be around education and registration is open to anyone. All conversations and areas of interest will be welcome.

Learn simple yet powerful approaches to planning, better decision-making and greater engagement. We will draw on Chaordic Path and Chaordic Stepping Stones, Worldview IntelligenceTM, World Café, Open Space Technology and Circle Practice, to name a few.

Kathy Jourdain, MBA, from Nova Scotia. Canada and Jerry Nagel, MA, PhD, from Minnesota, USA will be joining Rich Wilson and Mike Ritzius to co-lead the training. Jerry and Kathy have been Art of Hosting Stewards and Practitioners for a decade. They recently co-founded a new body of work called Worldview IntelligenceTM. Mike and Rich work with the New Jersey Education Association and have been bringing Collaborative Leadership Practices alive in their work with both organizing and professional learning on a regular basis.
